Double Agent Plot
The Double Agent plots allow you to do both sides of the conflict in Albion Prelude.
Commonwealth Side
To start the Double Agent plot from the Commonwealth side, you first need to complete the main Albion Prelude plot, and if you use one of the Albion Prelude starts, you will also need to complete the Headquarters and Xenon Hub plots.
You must not have started Shady Business plot. Shady Business needs to be done after switching sides and completing Operation Loose Ends.

Terran Side
To start the Double Agent plot from the Terran side, you need to complete the Main Terran Plot.
You must not have started Shady Business plot. Shady Business needs to be done after switching sides and completing Albion Prelude Plot.

Race Militaries Plots
Beryll Incursion Plot
The Beryll Incursion Plot is the primary plot of the Guilds Mod. This will introduce you to the Beryll faction as well as some additional features.
The plots involves working with the Argon Military to investigate some strange activity.
Upon conclusion of the plot, the Xenon Wars will begin.
To start the plot you need to either use the Argon Military Cadet game start, which starts you as a member of the Argon Military and leads directly into the Beryll Incursion plot after some introductory missions.
Otherwise, you first need to join the Argon Military and gain the rank of Lance Corporal. You can then start the plot via the Military Outpost in Elena’s Fortune Alpha.
Industritech Expansion Plot
The Industritech Expansion Plot will add the Industritech faction and unlock various new sectors.
Terran Lost Colonies Plot
The Terran Lost Colonies Plot will allow you to find some additional old Terran Colonies and link them to the main universe.
This plot is linked to the Terran Military. Unlock by gaining the rank of Lance Corporal. You must remain part of the Terran Military to continue the plot missions.
The mission will start at the Defence Station in Saturn.
